How to Reduce Hips and Thighs with Yoga
In simple worlds it is a chair pose. This asana makes active your legs muscles. Specially hips and thighs. Bend your knees and sit on the imagery chair. Deeply inhale and exerted breath. Try to deep your breath as much as you can. And extend your arms up from your head. Now hold your pose as long as you can.
These strategies of sure work for reduce hips and thighs. But is mostly effective for inner thighs. Create a width among your legs as much as you can. Bend your right leg in outside. And wide both arms on right and left side. Your arms should equal to your shoulders.
This pose called lord of the dance. Your right leg should on the floor and left brings up on back side of you. With the help of left hand hold the left feet. And bring your right arm front of your face and start deep breathing.Keep this pose for some seconds.
Most difficult but most effective pose for me to reduce hips and thighs. Bend your knees on the floor but raise your body up. Now match your hands with your foot and both hand fit on your legs. Keep this pose maintain as much as you can.
